I experienced trouble with my printer for many months, even after sending it to a shop to have the problem resolved. That shop actually made my problem worse. I found a flyer from PC New Horizons on my front door one day and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Ed Rossal, the owner, and explained the problem. He offered to come to my house to check it out, which he did. When I asked the price of such a call he said it would be a 15 minute call and there would be no charge. Ed was able to determine in just a few minutes that there was no problem with my printer and that the problem was my inadequate computer. After some consideration I decided to buy a new, larger capacity computer and that solved the printer problem. I was very impressed with Ed’s knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. I was equally impressed with the rates for his services, and especially the discount offered to seniors, like myself. I most definitely will call PC New Horizons when any other electronic problems arise and I will not hesitate to refer others to him. It is good to know that I have a fair, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced source for my computer problems and needs in the future.

I’ve just wrapped up a Remote Desktop Services session last night with Ed from the comfort of my study room, some 40 miles away.  Every question, concern, glitch was addressed promptly and effectively.  In just half an hour, I was able to run my p.c. again free of stalking gremlins.  I can tell you that the session costs me a lot less vs. a visit.  Ed and his RDS are the way to go. Definitely.

I recently had Ed of PC Horizons work on my computer via their remote system. My issue was a printer problem that I figured was probably a simple issue at least for him. I used his new remote system and was amazed at how fast and safe the whole process was. I was up and running in no time. With the price of gas, it’s nice not having to run your computer somewhere or being home for the repair. I felt the process was safe and would recommend it to anyone.

One step and he is inside your computer. I just experienced Ed’s “Remote Desktop Service” again today, and found it very interesting to watch and listen while Ed explains things as he helps you in the one step you need to do to let him into your computer. He is very good as he continues to work, explains what he is doing plus you can by watching become more familiar with your own computer and ask Ed any questions that you may have at the same time. He always gives you clear insight and information so you may know what he is doing all along in the process. It saves time and it really is kind of fun to watch him work : ) I really appreciate the fast and sufficient services that Ed gives.

All five of five stars! My father (also a happy client) referred Ed’s work to me. During a service call, Ed made some recommendations for setting up my office that would make my work easier. I work virtually from a home office switching between multiple computers for different tasks. His solution to make things easier on me was a KVM switch.
