I sent my PC here after years of trying to troubleshoot my own issues and most recently an issue with trying to replace the PSU. Ed and Matt went above and beyond my expectations, all I was looking to do was to replace the power supply unit because I thought it was the problems I had been having with getting blue screens and random turn offs. Turns out there were a whole other host of problems that were all recognized, and now my PC runs even better than it did before, all at a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend anyone with issues to bring their PC here, as Ed was extremely informative and helpful, and also fixed a lot of other issues that I hadn’t even known about before. The other five star reviews definitely weren’t for nothing.

There is nothing worse than the blue screen of death and that is what I presented to Pc New Horizons. They gave me great advice on buying a new pc since mine was old which helped me greatly… I asked about my old computer and they were able to put in a SSD hard drive and now I have a second computer to just work on my ancestry which takes up a lot of memory. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and super nice and helpful. They made it very easy to drop off and pick up my computers as they were close to where I live. Matt and Ed two great gentlemen and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks to both of you; I enjoyed my experience which can sometimes be very trying experience.
