All services are made by appointment only, you can call us on the phone or message us via e-mail. When submitting your system for a diagnostics or repair you must fill out and sign the incoming repair form. See below incoming repair requirements.

Incoming Repair Requirements
* Incoming Repair Form: Must be Signed prior to any diagnostics or service
* Laptops or Tablets Only: Power adapter required
* Desktops Only: Proprietary Power Adapter Required
* Windows Login Credentials: Are required for any Diagnostics or Services
* Personal Data: Customers are responsible to backup their data otherwise request a
backup service
* Service Updates: Provide us the best way to reach you
